Greetings, Spartans.
My name is Dr. Attig, and I am blessed to be the new principal at South Caldwell High School. I'm incredibly excited to be part of this community and to serve our students, staff, and families. South Caldwell has a long-standing tradition of excellence, and I am committed to upholding and strengthening that legacy. As we move forward, we'll continue to focus on the three pillars that define the Spartan experience: academics, athletics, and the arts.
Academics
Our core mission is to provide a rigorous and engaging academic environment that prepares every student for success beyond high school. Whether that path leads to college, a technical school, the military, or the workforce, we are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals. We will continue to challenge students with a diverse curriculum and support them with the resources they need to thrive.
Athletics
The spirit of a Spartan is forged on the field, the court, and the track. Our athletic programs are more than just games—they are opportunities for our students to learn teamwork, discipline, and resilience. We will continue to support our student-athletes as they strive for excellence, celebrating their victories and learning from their challenges.
The Arts
The arts are the heart of our school's creative spirit. From our band and chorus to our drama and visual arts programs, we provide a space for students to express themselves and share their unique talents. We believe that a well-rounded education includes fostering creativity, critical thinking, and cultural appreciation. We'll continue to champion the arts as an essential part of the high school experience.
I look forward to an amazing year of growth, achievement, and collaboration. Together, we'll continue to make South Caldwell High School a place where every student can succeed. Go Spartans!
