My name is Dr. Griffin.
I am excited to join the administrative team at South Caldwell High School! I am entering my 32rd year in public education and my 22nd year serving as a high school administrator. Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to serve in various administrative roles. I am a relationship-centered instructional leader who develops people and improves schools.
I am passionate about building relationships with all stakeholders. Positive relationships are the foundation upon which everything is built. I am a huge sports fan and especially enjoy college football and basketball. I look forward to building relationships with students, parents, staff, and community members. I am excited about making South Caldwell High School the best school in the state.
