South Caldwell High School

My name is Savannah Wilson. I live in Boone, North Carolina. I was a high school Spanish teacher for 13 years, most recently teaching for 7 years at Watauga High School.

I attended Appalachian State University, where I earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Spanish Education. I also earned a Master’s in School Administration from Gardner-Webb University. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner, and I believe education is very important. I am thrilled to be here at South Caldwell!

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my family. I love sports, especially football and basketball. My husband is a math teacher and a basketball coach at Watauga. We have one son, Koda, who is 2 years old.
